Our characters are generic and we can only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed character. If you are requiring a licensed, copyrighted character for your event, you should contact the company/copyright holders.
To reserve your event with us simply fill out the reservation form on our website. We will then send you a confirmation email with links to make your deposit, and forward your reservation form to our performer. Your $50 deposit is due at the time of booking
After making your deposit, the remaining balance is due the week of your event. You may click the same link to pay your remaining balance
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason. In the event you must change the scheduled date, we will find another date and time for your party and will apply the deposit to the final invoice.
If for some reason you need to cancel an event we will work with you to find an alternate date. If you decide to cancel and do not reschedule your event, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Events over 20 miles from any of our locations have a travel fee of $15. Over 25 miles = $20 Over 30 miles = $25 Over 35 miles = please inquire. With all three of our locations we are able to accommodate many requests with little or no fuel fee. If there is a fee, it will be included in your total due. If you reserve more than one performer, the fee is charged only once. Performers keep the entire fee to cover their fuel and travel time. Each additional character is only $100 added to your package. If you reserved the 1.5 hour package additional characters are $125.
30 minutes with two characters= $220
45 minutes with two characters= $250
1 hour with 2 characters= $270
1.5 hour with two characters= $345
Tea party at your location=$140
Absolutely! Weather permitting of course. Our performer reserves the right to move locations if the weather is too extreme. Have a back up location inside, just in case the weather does not cooperate. Please provide the performer with a shaded cool location (they are in heavy costumes and wigs) a clean chair to sit in, avoid wet, muddy areas, and areas with branches.
Yes, you may book a princess for your outdoor event except when the temperature exceeds 90 degrees or the event space is wet from a recent rain fall. At park parties, please make sure there is cool shade for the performer since they are wearing heavy costumes and wigs. The area must be free of thorny bushes, mud, or standing water.
Our entertainers are highly skilled and trained in their art, and their job begins far before they arrive at your event. They research and study the characters, rehearse the songs, recreate character-specific makeup, and more. To show your appreciation, you are welcome to tip them appropriately. Although it is appreciated, it is never expected! Typically, gratuity ranges from $20 on up.
Our performers will arrive with everything they need for a magical party. The only exception may be a glass of water for face painting if included in your party package. Usually they only need enough space for the children to sit in a circle- moving a coffee table usually works well.
A party at our location requires you to provide:
Nut-Free Finger food for the children’s tables- fruit in cupcake liners, cream cheese sandwiches, goldfish etc.
Beverage for the teapots: about 3 liters of a non- staining juice is best. We can serve hot tea- just provide the tea.
Any additional paperwares/utensils for adults- we only provide everything for the tea tables.
Cupcakes are much easier to serve than cake- if serving cake please provide paper cake plates and forks.

Address the performer by her character name at all times:)
If you want to surprise the birthday kiddo- be sure they are expecting a special guest – then you can avoid tears if they are overwhelmed when the character arrives.
Be sure to ask guests to keep their voices low. We have perfected our special activities over 5 years, and you don’t want to miss any special moments!
Be sure there is a parent supervising in the same room as the performer. If children misbehave please intervene before the character needs to stop the performance.
Be sure to let your performer know about what you have planned, special details about the birthday child, etc... This will help the performer prepare and make the party even more memorable.
Of course we love to see the great dresses each little princess has donned for the occasion. Remember we offer special dresses our character can hand deliver the birthday girl! If you have included our Dress-up activity in your package, we suggest they wear a leotard and leggings and wear their dress-up gowns over these. We do offer super hero capes for boys on the dress up rack. Dress up is included with each tea party!
If the weather becomes dangerous with heavy snow, our performer will contact you the day before your event to discuss options. We do everything possible to make sure you have a performer for your event. Inform guests by a certain time the day before your event and let them know if you are still planning on holding the party. This will give them a time to go by and prepare for any travel.
We will make every effort to ensure your child and guests are treated with the utmost of care. Wands and Wishes Occasions, is not responsible or liable for any accidents or damages, staining of skin, clothing or hair, allergic reaction due to face paint. Our face paint is non toxic and professional paint. It is the responsibility of the parents/guest to inform us of any dietary restrictions, or food allergies in advance of the event.
